The blue is a fine-dining restaurant serving New American food and drink. Sophisticated and contemporary with some unexpected flavors and modern takes on classic dishes from Executive Chef Christie Tenaud.
We are looking for dynamic individuals who are also superior team players. A for passion food and drink with genuine appreciation for the hospitality industry, you have excellent communication skills and an eye for the details. Grill and Saute – 2 years minimum experience in a fine dining restaurant. Must be efficient in meat and seafood preparation. Able to manage a high volume pace while maintaining culinary and aesthetic standards of dishes. Full time, evenings.
