As we bid farewell to a member of Team Blue, we celebrate the beginning of a long lived dream of our comrade Mr. Alan Brown. Alan has been a vital element of the blue’s back of the house staff as well as the family here at the Boca Raton Resort & Country Club. Alongside Executive Chef Christie Tenaud, Alan has helped execute & contribute to the Elevated American Cuisine concept & culture here on the 27th floor.
Now the Chef Owner of Asado Delray, Alan specializes in Argentinian BBQ. You may have seen his Argentinian Empanada Stand around local fairs and South Florida events. Alan will be catering for all kinds of businesses & personal occasions serving delicious food that is centered around his traditional Argentinian background.
